Friendly household with double room, West Norwood

I have a great double room for rent in SE27, West Norwood which is near Dulwich and Crystal Palace. Pets are welcome. It is available from Feb’ 26 which is when I’d need someone in by roughly. We welcome people of any nationality in this house. I proudly voted remain and am embarrassed by brexit. Please note the photos are of the room before the current person moved in. If you view it their stuff will be in it. You’ll need to imagine it empty, it will be as pictured and cleaned once they move out. The fish tank will be gone too.
I live at the here which I own. I'm a musician and am away on tour often. There is also a young woman who is a beautician, and another person who is in entertainment. I'm hoping someone will come here and make the place their home. I realise it can be a hideous task searching for a room and there are a lot of unpleasant landlords around. I rented when I was younger and know that people want an easygoing relationship with the person they rent from. This is a very relaxed house. There is a clean modern sunlit kitchen (the floor is about to be redone) with washing machine, dryer cooker etc. There is hi speed wi-fi. The bedroom is on the ground floor. Solar panels on the roof! There is a shower/bath room on that floor which is only used by one young woman and yourself. There is a seperate toilet on the floor, another upstairs. Free on street parking right outside the door and a bus stop with buses to Brixton and Clapham Junction. A two minute walk brings you to buses to the west end. A five min walk takes you to a choice of two train stations (West Norwood or Gipsy Hill) with trains to Victoria, London Bridge. Local shops and restaurants are great with a relatively new Budgens supermarket very close by with just a little further to the high st where you'll find Sainsburys and Tescos etc.
The photos show the room as it was before the current occupant moved in. Of course it will be totally clean, and empty apart from the bed and wardrobe for the next person to live in it. I’ve advertised it as unfurnished, but some things can stay in it. There is a small antique desk, a chair and a few items of furniture should you want them. The room I has polished wood floors, with some rugs down. It also has a real working fireplace.
If interested please contact me and we can take it from there. I have no preference for renting here, just would like someone who is easy to live with and clean. I've been renting rooms for a long time and have never taken anyones deposit when they leave. I'd ask for a months notice if you decided to leave and be aware it’s a six month minimum stay. There are no rules really, I'm not interested in living with racist or homophobic people , life is too short for that. I’m not concerned with your pro nouns or sexual preferences and respect them whatever they are. I've rented to young people in the past and they've always been happy here but age is not a concern. You can paint the room any colour you want, you can put up pictures, TV brackets (one is installed already) or whatever. We split energy bills, which currently are around £58 per month per person. In winter this rises due to the fact we have the heating on, so come the spring that should go down. Water bills are included but any rises will need to be split. Everything else is included, wifi, and council tax etc. Please feel free to email. I'm asking for only a relatively small deposit of £500 . If you want to reserve the room you are welcome to pay a deposit as soon as you decide you'd like to take it. Please be aware this is for a six month minimum term.
