One Flatmate has decided to leave London and the room will be available from the 1st September. You will be sharing with 2 male and 1 female in their mid 20-30’s (and possibly a cat called Neo). Irish and English.
The home is beautifully designed, modern and spacious with a large kitchen diner (including sofa area) and utility room on the ground floor. There is real wood flooring throughout the house. The kitchen and garden area faces towards London with the most spectacular views to sit and enjoy from the comfort of your own home.
There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, with wardrobes, desks and a double bed. The bedroom on the rear facing side of the house is available (bedroom 1 on the pictures), with spectacular views of London. The other two bedrooms are on the ground and second floor.
Rent will include council tax, water, internet amd a cleaner twice per month
Gas and electricity will be split evenly between the house which currently works out around £45/month.
Great location - 9 minutes walk to West Norwood train station or 11 minutes to Tulse Hill plus a selection of buses to Brixton. Brockwell Park and Streatham Common are each one mile away. Local Better gym with pool is 7 minute walk away.
