Double room in 2 bed + garden, W Norwood/E Dulwich

Hello!

I have a double room available in my 2 bed flat, immediately available.

The flat is split level with a beautiful decking area and garden (I am biased, with a new found obsession for gardening 😆). Furniture in room can be changed.

It’s a 5 min walk from West Norwood station which has direct trains to Clapham Junction, London Bridge and Victoria. Crystal Palace, Herne Hill, Dulwich and Brixton are all within walking distance or a bus ride away.

I am in the office 3-4 days pw (Spitalfields) and ideally would be looking for someone who is also hybrid (not full time wfh).

A bit about me - I love music (pic is from Glasto this year), I’m a regular at hot yoga, reformer and the gym, love the food (and wine) scene and love a night in and out in equal measures!

All bills are included (plus a fortnightly cleaner) apart from energy which we would split each month based on usage.
