Double Bedroom & Separate Office, in Friendly Home

We're looking for someone to move into our home. I live with Aimee, Cat and Hope and after 3 years of living with these gorgeous humans, I'm moving abroad and looking for someone who wants to find a home here in London and be part of our little family. As well as wonderful housemates you also get two rooms for the price of one, as you get a bedroom and separate office room so amazing for people who work from home!

Our house is incredible and huge - we moved here last summer (from our old place down the road having met a few years ago via spare room) and have quickly made it feel like home - we have a puzzle table in the living room, alongside a piano (if you can play that's a bonus!), we enjoy girlie nights in watching daft telly, telling silly stories and putting laughter in the walls. We often have dinner parties together, inviting our friends to join us, a lot of house cinema trips, and have applied to have Sofar Sounds gigs at the house too. We all have our own busy work and social lives with separate friendship groups but love to hang out together if we're all in.

The house itself has 5 floors, the 2 ground floors comprise of the very large living room with plenty of space for bikes. Downstairs is the kitchen/ dining room with bi-fold doors onto the garden (green fingers v welcome!), with a cellar that serves as an extra storage space, plus a family bathroom with a bath. Upstairs on the third floor is your office and the separate shower room. On the 4th and 5th floors are our bedrooms & the girl's offices too. (We all have separate bedrooms & offices). We keep the house clean and tidy and have a cleaning rota for communal spaces.

Your rooms: Your bedroom gets the morning light with lots of skylights in the ceiling and windows that look over the garden, it's a really beautiful space to be in and very quiet. There's plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers.

The office: Also at the back of the house overlooking the garden, I use this room as a home office, yoga studio and walk-in wardrobe. It has so much built-in storage, shelving and 2 double wardrobes.

About us: The house is a place you want to come home to, we all get on so well but are all very different. Northerner Cat is the athlete of the house, often training for something, cycling or running related and loves to go swimming at Brockwell Lido. She works in the charity sector, loves going to comedy and drag shows and reading on the sofa. She's also great at fixing things around the house! Hope works in education and is about to take a 3-month sabbatical to travel. She's into pottery, always has a book on the go, practices yoga in the living room and often heads back to Brighton for the weekend to see family & friends. Another Northerner, Aimee works in Media and loves all things books and films - she's your go-to for what to watch and loves to lend you books that she thinks you'll enjoy (she's always spot on too). She loves a cocktail and is a real foodie, both with her cooking at home and going to restaurants in town.

Our location is great for links to Victoria & London Bridge from West Norwood, or the Thameslink from Tulse Hill which is a 15-min walk away or Brixton by bus. We have a bus stop at the end of our street with is on the Superloop line straight to Waterloo. There is street parking outside the house too if needed. We have a Lidl, Sainsbury's, Iceland, Tesco's nearby and plenty of shops, pubs and cafes on the high street. We have some nice parks nearby, and the West Norwood Picturehouse round the corner.

For both rooms, the rent is £1000 + bills each month which is about £190 per month.
