Double Room. Tulse Hill/West Dulwich 🏠

We are 2 females in our early 30's looking for a third housemate to join us in Tulse Hill. The house is family size (with 1 bath, 2 showers, 2 toilets,), has a great sunny garden with BBQ. We love a mix of socialising and chilled down time, and looking for someone down to earth who would slot in well to our dynamic. The double room available is sunny as faces the garden, large and has built in wardrobes. The street and neighbourhood are quiet.

Really well connected as it’s located in the middle of three stations West Norwood, Tulse Hill and West Dulwich - each about 10 mins walk. And a 20 min bus to Brixton. 15min lime bike to Balham as well. We are doing viewings this week (9/4/24) and the room is available now if you want to move in earlier.
