The other flatmate is the owner of the property, a Doctor, excellent cook and lovely guy.
The room is available from the end of April to beginning of June with some flexibility either side.
800ppm (200pw) bills and WiFi included - looking for professionals who enjoy food, music and socialising. An in person meeting before move in is preferred.
There is a beautiful balcony attached and big garden at the back.
