Double room available for long term rent

Hey ladies! My best friend / flatmate is moving out with her boyfriend - sad 😔! But I’m looking for someone to renew the contract with me.

🙋🏽‍♀️ A bit about me: I’m Lauryn, 26 and work as a tech marketing consultant. I work from home 3 times a week. I’m an outgoing and social gal and enjoy going out during the weekends! Love a glass of wine, music events, festivals and enjoy a lil rave. I’m a homebody during the week though and work-focused.

☺️ What I’m looking for: A female of a similar age, 26 - 30, who’d also like to become friends and do fun things together - but also respect each others privacy. Clean, tidy and considerate is a must. Ideally looking for someone does hybrid working.

📆 Move in date: August 10th but we’d need to have the contract signed by June 5th at the very lastest as per the landlords request. This means we can all relax knowing everything is all in place! I’d be looking for a year contract but we could extend after.

💸 Rent will be be between £900 - £950 per month but the landlord will confirm soon. Bills are around £160 each.

🏡 A 2-bedroom flat, 1 shared bathroom, modern kitchen and living room - we also have access to our own garden. I furnished the flat when I moved in 2 years ago but feel free to bring some of your things!

Located a 6 min walk to West Norwood station, with links to London Bridge, Clapham Junction and Victoria in 15/ 20 mins. Brixton is a 15 min bus ride away, Battersea, Peckham, Balham and Clapham also very local. Norwood high street has everything you need and only a 8 min walk away!

The bedroom is a large double with 2 massive built in wardrobes - literally a woman’s dream! It will be unfurnished though. The room is also big enough to fit a desk.

The boring stuff: you’ll have to pass referencing and all that jazz (obviously).
