The flat is located in a leafy residential neighbourhood, with great local shops, a short walk from Dulwich Village, and many nice parks - including Brockwell Park & Lido. It benefits from a double aspect, offering excellent natural light and open views. Set across two floors, it includes independent deck access on the first floor of a small, quiet building.

We have a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with contemporary appliances, including a washing machine and microwave.

Well connected: 30 min. cycle to London Bridge, 10 min. train ride to Victoria, 15 min. bus ride to Brixton, and within easy walking distance of Tulse Hill, West Dulwich, West Norwood and Gipsy Hill stations.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly professional who enjoys a balance of socialising and quiet time. He is working both from home and the office and would prefer to find someone who will not be solely working from home.
