Very spacious double room in a third/fourth floor maisonette in SE27. We have lived here for a couple of years, we love the flat and the space it gives us and the fantastic views over London from our terrace.

Two of us are remaining and looking to fill the vacant room, which is of equal size to the other two.

Within 10 minutes' walk of West Norwood and Gipsy Hill train stations, each with direct trains to London Victoria and London Bridge which take around 20 minutes. Alternatively the Northern Line can be reached with a very easy transfer at Balham.

All rooms comfortably fit a double bed, furniture and a desk for home working.

The home enjoys excellent views, with Canary Wharf, the City of London and Vauxhall all visible from our terrace adjoining the kitchen, which is private to the flat.

The flat benefits from two shared bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and built-in pantry.

We're looking for someone to join the tenancy from 25 March on the contract.

Polite pets welcome, we have discussed this with our landlord and it would mean an additional £42 each pcm (negotiable).

Bills are generally under £150 pcm.
