Double Room Available in 2-Bed Flat

I’m looking for a flatmate for my lovely 2-bed flat in West Dulwich/West Norwood. The room available is a furnished double with a brand new bed, mattress and bedding – ready to move into.

It’s a flat share, but I’ll be working abroad and travelling for around 9 months, so you’ll mostly have the place to yourself. When I am around, I’ll be working from home or in and out for short stays.

Ideally looking for a working professional.

The flat includes:
• Private garden
• Comfy shared living room
• Attic space for storage
• Parking out front
• Great transport links (Tulse Hill, West Dulwich, and West Norwood stations nearby)
• Easy bus to Brixton (about 20 mins)

Rent is £850 per month + bills (council tax, internet, gas, electric, water).
