My flatmate and I are looking to move out of our beautiful, spacious flat in West Norwood. You'd be taking on our existing tenancy agreement, which is until March 2027, but has a break clause at 12 months should you wish to depart.
Ideally we're looking for two people in a group to take the whole flat - the flat is perfect for professional sharers or a couple / family.
The Flat itself: The flat has wonderful wooden floors throughout move of the flat with comfy carpets in the most of the others. There is a large kitchen diner space that is perfectly suited to hosting friends or family. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a smaller room perfect for office space. The flat also benefits from a fully equipped bathroom.
The flat has two gardens and gets a great deal of sun - perfect for sitting outside and relaxing in with the summer months ahead.
The bedrooms: There are two large, spacious rooms, both of which comfortably fit a double bed. The second bedroom benefits from an abundance of storage!
Should you wish, we'd be happy to discuss leaving furniture in the 1st bedroom.
