Beautiful bright room in great house share

Very sad to be leaving this wonderful houseshare but moving on to my own place!

The Room available: A large double room on the first floor and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The House: The house is a three bedroom, end of terrace with a separate kitchen and living room, one bathroom and an office space/spare room. We have a good sized garden at the back, with some outside space at the front as well, and street parking. Great location between West norwood and Tulse Hill stations so easy access to central London! Lots of nice pubs and cafes in the area

House mates: We are a queer friendly, dog friendly, plant and food orientated house. You will be living with Helen and Yvette (34 and 36). Helen is a designer and in her spare time an avid runner and yoga fan. Yvette is a creative person who works on charity fundraiser events and also runs her own face painting make up business. She is interested in gardening, swing dancing and eating good food!

Helen is thinking of getting a dog and we often have friends' dogs around so being a dog person is a must! Happy to consider pets (if dog friendly!)

Looking for someone who is also looking for a place that feels like a home. We are both single and lead quite separate lives but also like to catch up over tv or chill together in the living room.

Costs: approx £650-700pcm including bills and council tax which is band E (Lambeth).
