[Mid-week only] Double room walk from 3 stations

Hello! I am looking to find a replacement for my lovely mid week-only lodger of five years. Looking for someone commuting in for work or study, so two or three nights a week ideal. Rent 500 a month for two nights, and 625 for three. Both includes bills. I’m a friendly professional, and love my area! The flat is really close to huge parks, restaurants and cafes, as well as ten mins walk to three different stations (Tulse Hill, West Norwood, West Norwood - going to Victoria in 12 mins) so easy access to lots of places - with buses 5 mins walk away that go into Brixton. The room is a decent size with clothes rail, chest of drawers and a desk. It is the spare room so will be in use outside rental days, but you very welcome to leave things you need there and make yourself feel at home. I’ll provide bedding, towels and clean the room weekly. The flat is downstairs on a quiet road, with lovely neighbours.
