My longtime friend is moving out of the 2 bed terraced house we are renting together further to an opportunity he has received in Manchester. As a result, the above property will be available to rent from 1 February onwards.

You would be living with myself (26m), a working professional who works hybridly but mainly in the office. In the evenings I am also quite active so I do spent quite a lot of time out the house. I myself am respectful, clean, organised and considerate when sharing with others and I am looking for someone who is also the same.

Please note the house is fully furnished and the only other person you would live with is me. The bedroom being offered is very large and there is a TV in the shared living room.
