We have a very nice and well-proportioned double room available in our recently refurbished two-bedroom duplex flat.

Located in a very beautiful residential neighbourhood between West Norwood and West Dulwich. There are great local organic food shops, Gipsy Hill Brewery, Norwood Park with amazing views across London and the lido at Brockwell Park for those hot summer days. We are also only a short walk from Dulwich Picture Gallery in Dulwich Village.

The building is a ground plus two storey council block, which is super safe with friendly neighbours. We are on the first floor, accessed via open deck (no lift). It's a duplex with double aspect and very nice views to Victorian terraces towards and mature trees at the rear. Your room would be on the upper floor.

There is a a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with contemporary appliances, including oven and microwave.

I've been living in North London most of my life and was a bit hesitant to move South but soon realised it's not as disconnected as it feels psychologically. It takes me about 30 min to cycle to London bridge and 10 minutes to walk to the nearest trainstation. There are excellent transport links to Victoria, London Bridge, Kings Cross, Farringdon, etc. making it very easy to get to work.

The room comes either fully furnished for a small extra charge or empty if you have your own furniture.
