Sunny room in lovely victorian house

We are looking for a Monday-Friday only lodger for a sunny single room in our large quiet Victorian house with garden and dog. It is furnished, and all bills are included.

We're a couple in our 60s. There is a bathroom near the room, and a shower room on the floor below. We've let this room for several years now and it's always gone swimmingly. We are looking forward to finding a new lodger following the departure of our current lodger.

There are good transport links to Victoria, London Bridge, Denmark Hill, Clapham Junction, Clapham and Brixton by train and bus - and the Victoria line tube from Brixton. West Norwood station is 5 minutes walk away, as are main bus routes; Tulse Hill rail station 15 mins walking distance. The 315 bus route passes the end of the road.

West Norwood is a pleasant place - good parks (Brockwell Park, Norwood Park, Streatham Common); useful shops; a swimming pool, gym & leisure centre only 5 minutes walk away; and a new Picturehouse cinema due to open in September. Some good places to eat locally with various new ones opening as West Norwood goes up-market, and many more close by in Brixton, Dulwich, Streatham and Crystal Palace.

Please note that our current lodger is still using the room at the moment, and leaves in early July. The pictures of the room were taken before she arrived - so they show the room with furniture only; currently, it's got more in it! we will need to coordinate any viewings before early July with our current lodger.
