2 Large Double Rooms available to a single person or a couple.

We're looking for young professionals or creatives in our lovely 3-floor house share in Zone 4 (Woolwich/Thamesmead, Se28).
The Elizabeth Line & DLR means you can be in Zone 1/2 in 20-30 minutes.

Room 1: Its the largest double room in the house with bay windows and a private bathroom. Its located on the bottom floor next to the Kitchen and Living Room Area. A couple can share this and the rent can be negotiated.

Room 2: Large double room on the top floor and is next to the largest bathroom in the house. No one uses this bathroom so its an En-suite. There is also a small double bedroom next door that can be used as an office or a living area for someone who can afford it or shared between a couple. Or the small room can be the bedroom and the large one can be an office/living area.

About The Housemates:
There is currently 1 person (26 M, accountant) living in the house on the middle floor. Cleanliness is a must. Looking for someone with respectful and friendly vibes.
