2 bed/2 bathroom in Woolwich Looking for Flatmate

Hi! I’m Calina, and I live in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat in Woolwich. My current flatmate is moving closer to her family so I’m looking for someone to share with.

The available room is a double, with a built-in wardrobe. It is partly furnished, including a bookcase, desk, and clothing rail. It has a private bathroom as well with a tub/shower.

The shared living room and kitchen are fully furnished (by us, didn’t come with the flat), though if you have furniture you’d like to bring I’m open to it. There’s also a washing machine, and a Juliet balcony.

The building is secure, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and the flat also has a designated off street parking space.

We’re a 10-15 minute walk from the Elizabeth Line, DLR, and National Rail, as well as cafes, pubs, and groceries.

The contract would begin on August 16th, though I can be flexible if you want to move later/store things earlier. Rent is £900 a month before bills and council tax (Band C), which usually totals £150-200 a month for each of us.

I’m 22 years old, originally from the US but came here for uni and have lived in the UK for 4 years. I work full-time backstage (costume) in the theatre industry which does mean working evenings but I make sure to keep quiet for the neighbors.

I’m looking for someone easygoing, who will clean up after themselves and enjoys a chat. Would love to get to know each other and be friends as well as flatmates, but I also respect people’s space and time.
