Weekday let - Big double room + private bathroom

I’m looking for someone to move into the spare room in my flat – a large, fully furnished double room that comes with its own newly renovated private bathroom. The flat also has a shared living room and kitchen, plus a small garden (though access is through my bedroom, so it’s not ideal for regular use).

The rent includes all bills and a cleaner every other week. I’m often out in the evenings and stay at my girlfriend’s a couple of nights a week, so chances are you’ll have the place to yourself fairly often.

The flat is in a peaceful, green area with good connections. It’s about a 10-minute bus ride to Woolwich station, or a nice 20-25 minute walk / 10-minute cycle along the river. Woolwich is v well connected with the Elizabeth Line, DLR and National Rail so a fairly easy commute to most of London. Plumstead station is also on the National Rail and slightly quicker to get to.
