I’m leaving this flat after nearly 4 years, so it’s truly the end of an era! You’re lucky because our landlord, Chris, is one of the kindest around. Plus, David - the property manager - is responsive and always quick to help.

Bills:
• Water inc with rent
• All bills (inc the rent) round up to £1100 pcm

Room & Bathroom:
• Your double bedroom and own bathroom at end of hallway (the other housemate has an en-suite).
• Bedroom includes: bed frame with 2 under-bed drawers and extra open storage, mattress, tall narrow set of drawers, wardrobe with mirror. Curtains will be swapped back to white when I move out
• Bathroom is large w/ a bath/shower, ample space for beauty products (all movable storage will go with me).

Living Room:
• Sofa, chair, coffee table.
• All other items are mine and will go with me.

Housemate:
• Mid-20s, clean, tidy, polite, kind and has a wide range of hobbies from creative (pottery, flower arranging, pole fitness) to tech (like coding!).

• Woolwich Arsenal (Thameslink & DLR) – 15 min walk
