This is a minute walk from the bustop which can take 4 stops from Woolwich on the superloop. And also, 10 minutes to Abbey Wood. There are also other buses such as 301 and 244 so transport links are decent you never have to wait long for a bus.
The price includes bills and it comes with parking.
The place is a few minutes walk to Aldi, Morrisons, Iceland, B&M, maccies, kfc, post office, superdrug and many more places to shop and a gym.
It's a smallish space so looking for someone easy going sociable and clean. The place is furnished so you just have to bring yourself.
I'm a broadcast engineer and I'm into films so I'm always up to watch something, music, gaming, football etc.
