I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious, bright 1-bedroom flat as I'm moving out.

- Available from 20 May 2026, ideally for a minimum stay of 3 months (happy to consider shorter periods with rent adjustments)
- Rent £1500 per month + £900 deposit (for shorter stays, rent £420 per week + deposit to be agreed)

- A large queen-size bedroom with a comfortable new mattress

It’s a lovely 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat with a combined living and kitchen area. It features large windows with a picturesque river view, and all furniture, including kitchen utensils. The flat is a minute's walk from Woolwich Station, Elizabeth line, very convenient.

The area is safe and charming, with grocery stores just across the street!

I’m mainly looking for a good fit—preferably someone who doesn’t host parties at home. I am seeking a like-minded person who is tidy, respectful, honest, considerate, positive, and takes care of all appliances. If this sounds like you, please drop me a line.
