I’m a professional engineer and usually work from home a few days a week. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling ✈️, staying active 💪, going to the gym, good coffee ☕️ and generally maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

I’m friendly, respectful and easy-going, and I value a home environment where people are considerate of each other’s space, routines and privacy. I’m hoping to find a like-minded flatmate who is clean, mature, easy to get along with and looking for a comfortable home rather than just a place to stay 🤝.

🐱 I also share the flat with a very calm and well-behaved British Shorthair cat. The flat is always kept clean and tidy, with no pet odours or mess, but it would be important that you’re comfortable around cats and don’t have allergies.

🌿 The flat has a peaceful atmosphere and is ideal for someone who enjoys a quieter lifestyle rather than a busy party house. It’s a great place to relax after work, watch Netflix 🍿, enjoy home cinema, cook, read or simply unwind.

As I work from home regularly (typically around 3 days a week, sometimes more), I think the setup works best with someone who spends most of their working week in the office, helping us both enjoy a comfortable balance and plenty of personal space.

I’m ideally looking for someone who is:

The flat is conveniently located within walking distance of excellent transport links:
• Plumstead Station 🚆 – less than 5 minutes’ walk (around 3–4 minutes)
• Woolwich Elizabeth Line Station 🚇 – approximately 10–15 minutes’ walk

Occasional visitors are absolutely fine, but I’d prefer someone who isn’t regularly hosting overnight guests, as I value keeping the flat relaxed and comfortable for everyone.

Likewise, I’d appreciate someone who is mindful of very strong-smelling cooking in shared spaces, helping keep the flat fresh and enjoyable for both of us 😊.

📅 Minimum stay is 3 months, with an initial expectation of around 6 months. If we’re a good fit and enjoy living together, I’d be very happy to continue beyond that, with no fixed limit.
