My name is Vin. Im an architect but working abroad. My house is located at a private road with a park just beside my house. It is a double storey terrace house with front and rear garden. There are all together 4 bedrooms in the house.

Two rooms are available. The room size are double but I am looking for single occupancy. £155/150 week inc bills, large single bed, 3 doors wardrobe, study table and chair. All carpet floor in bedroom and walkway, tiling on bathroom and kitchen.

Prefer female professional, student or visitor. No pet and non smoking in the house.

10mins walking distance to Shopping centre with Morrison supermarket, Iceland, KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, cafe, pub/bistro, convenient shop, chinese restaurant and take away, superdrugs, post office, NHS, Leisure centre and etc. Short distance to bus, train, tube station.
