I have 3 rooms available in a 4 bed house.

Room 1 is a large double containing a large double bed, sofa, 42 inch tv and wardrobe. Has laminate floors, south facing with good sunlight all day.

Room 2 is a large double ensuite room containing a large queen size bed, 46 inch tv, bin bag for lounging, large windows to splendid views, custom built wardrobes with loads and loads of storage.

Room 3 is large double containing a double bed, table, 32 inch tv, wardrobe.

Living room and kitchen large open plan. Living room with 75 inch tv, three seater sofa and sliding doors leading to the big garden space. Kitchen new with loads of cabinets and utensils, quartz worktop, American style fridge freezer and other modern appliances.

Bathroom is a good size with a bath tub and good ventilation.

Garden has decking area with chairs and table.
