Ameneties included in the rent are gym, swimming pool, cinema room, wifi lounge, conference rooms to work in and concierge. The council tax band is C.

It is 5 minutes away from Kidbrooke station with direct train links to London Bridge, City, Charing Cross and Victoria. It's in a quiet area surrounded by parks and 15 min away from Blackheath Village and Greenwich Park.
