Modern, new build, double room

Hi my name is Marie and I am looking for a flatmate for the second bedroom in my new flat I am moving into in the middle of November in Kidbrooke in London! 🥳 (The move in date is not yet set)

About the area: The flat is a new build flat in a new area right next to Kidbrooke train station, so the flat is brand spanking new! ✨ Kidbrooke is in zone 3, but you’ll be able to get to central London (Cannon Street, Victoria, etc) in 30 minutes, as well as a 40 minute walk from Greenwich and Balckheath.

About the flat: the flat is as mentioned new and so all the appliances will be as well. It is unfurnished in the video, but I will ofc be supplying all the furniture needed! 💛 The flat has a big and light kitchen/living space and a spacious balcony! There is only a little construction remaining, and move in date has been set for mid November 🥳

The room: the room fits a double bed and the basic desk and wardrobe, but this can be discussed if you have specific plans or requests💛
There’s also two bathrooms in the flat (one is an ensuite next to my room), so you’ll almost have your own bathroom! 😍
The rent will be £950 + bills, I haven’t lived there yet so don’t know exactly how much it will be. It is in Greenwich council tax band D. The video shows the room and the shared spaces💛

A little about me: I’m a 25 year old originally from Norway, but I’ve lived in the UK for 6 years now!🇳🇴 I work in an office most days, but do have the occasional WFH. I’m a very social person, and love to hang out and cook together as well as explore London and pubs. I’m known for my gingerbread and love cozy activities at home and out ☺️I also respect wanting to have time alone, and value a clean and homey shared home space 💛
