It is on an estate, but it is very small one with about 24 houses next to one of the most expensive roads in the postcode, so security is pretty good. There is ample parking in the estate that is free (you don't need a parking permit and traffic wardens have never visited in since landlord/owner bought the house in 2000).

Landlord/owner lived there for nearly ten years and was very happy there.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, so students that wish to do so should look elsewhere. That said, it would suit post-grad students that need quiet to study.

Two minutes to 286 to Greenwich and Westcombe Park station to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street.

Two minutes to 178 to Kidbrooke.

Six mins to 132 direct to North Greenwich station for the Jubilee Line and the O2 Arena, also Sainsbury's. Coming back, the bus stops two minutes away.
