I am currently relocating to Oxford for a job so I am looking to let the room out Monday-Friday.
It’s a spacious large double room which is furnished and will come with a TV, it is near telegraph hill where you have a lovely skyline view and can watch the sunset, it’s 8 mins walk from Brockley station which has connections to the overground and 6 mins walk to Nunhead station which goes directly to Victoria.
The currently flat mate is a 25 year old female who is working in TV. She is very friendly and social and keeps the flat clean. The room as large windows which overlook the large garden which is often rare in London.
Bills will be included - the ideal situation would be to swap with someone who is looking to Monday - Friday let there property in Oxford but I know this may be rare to find.
