Spare Bedroom Available in Nunhead/Brockley

My partner and I are looking for a new lodger to rent our spare bedroom. Here are the details:

Location:
We are conveniently located a short walk between Nunhead Station (trains to London Bridge and Blackfriars) and Brockley Station (trains to London Bridge, Canada Water, and Whitechapel).

The Room:
- A small double room
- Furnished with new wardrobes, a bed, and a super comfy memory foam mattress.
- Suitable for one person (no couples, no smokers, and no home workers as the room isn't big enough for a desk).
- Please note all bike storage at the property is already taken.

About Us:
You’d be living with me, Nakuyi, 32, unemployed transitioning to new pursuits and my partner Conor, 37, working in healthcare. We enjoy a calm and tidy home life but also love socialising, cooking, eating together, and watching movies or TV shows.

Rent:
- £670 per month(we’ll pay council tax)
- Excludes other bills (heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, water) which are usually £50-£90 per person)

House Rules:
- You must clean and tidy up after yourself.
- Respect and look after your bedroom and shared spaces.
- Since we live on the first floor, ideally we want to be considerate and avoid making too much noise.
