Double room in cozy 3 bed flat Brockley

Move in date 16th November. 12 month contract

Hey everyone, sadly I'm leaving our little house share.
Such a cozy home that's a 10-15 min walk to both Brockley or Honor Oak Park overground stations (with a 15 min train to London Bridge).

It's a 5-10 min walk from Crofton Park station (straight trains to central e. g 20-25 mins to Blackfriars / Farringdon).

There are also multiple buses within a few minutes walk. It is a new contract with Acorn estate agents so you will need a guarantor to sign the contract.

HOUSEMATES:
You will be living with Sophie (27) and Emily (30). Both clean, tidy and social housemates who work full time.
The house is very social but also respectful of other's space. So, we're looking for someone who enjoys a chat over a wine but who doesn't bring the party home.

The room comes with a double mattress (I can leave some furniture if you are interested)

For the room it is £867 (bills are roughly around £100 but Soph and Emily are currently shopping for cheaper deals)
