Two rooms available in a spacious Victorian house in Telegraph Hill!

We have two double rooms available, both which can be fully furnished or unfurnished. Unfortunately no couples allowed.

The house itself includes a modern kitchen/dining room, a shared living room, and a decent-sized garden. In addition there are two bathrooms, another separate toilet and a shower room.

Telegraph hill is a vibrant area, being next to both Brockley, Peckham, and New cross. There are plenty of shops, bars, clubs, and all local amenities including a choice of beautiful parks, all within walking distance.

New Cross Gate Station – about 10-minute walk
Brockley Station - about 10-minute walk
Nunhead station - about 10-minute walk
Queens Road Peckham - within 20 minutes walk

Door to door you can be at London Bridge in under 25 minutes, Waterloo in 27 minutes, Victoria in 30 minutes, Shoreditch in 27 minutes, and Blackheath or Greenwich in around 10-15 minutes.
