We’re looking for sociable, clean, and tidy new housemates to join our lovely shared home in Ladywell!

✨ The House:
• Spacious communal areas – perfect for relaxing, cooking together or hosting friends
• Enormous, sunny garden – pre-equipped with BBQs and fire pits for the summer! 
• The available bedroom shares a bathroom with just two others 
• Bills are between £80-£100 per month, dependent on season

📍 Location:
• Just a 5-minute walk to Ladywell Station – with direct trains into London Bridge in 9 minutes
• A 20-minute stroll to Brockley, giving you easy access to Canada Water, Shoreditch and more via the Windrush line

👯 The Housemates:
Our flatmates are sadly moving out of the house after a few beautiful years, but Kate and I would like to stay as we love the area and location. A little bit a about us:

Kate, 23-going-on-93 year old, from Sheffield. She’s moved to London around 9 months ago working as an engineer and she’s now a local. She loves filling her time with outdoorsy activities - she just came back from the Cumbria way and will let you on the hidden gems if she likes you. She can also sew and fix clothes which is useful, but currently addicted to Netflix’ Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

Naima, 26, from all over but mainly Italy, London and Cyprus. I work across cultural and film projects and also take care of my granny so I don’t unfortunately spend much time in the house, but I love love love it. I like watching films and can get you free tickets to almost every cultural space in Central London! I very much like yoga and trying to get back into bouldering and interested in holistic approaches to women’s health and nutrition. Currently going through a scrapbook and collaging era.

We like to experiment on cooking, we’ve put a very cool house community kitchen system up we really enjoy and would like to keep going, but it’s no deal breaker if it’s not for you. It does make groceries shopping very cheap though. We’re a sociable bunch, like to go on hikes together, debrief boy drama in the evenings over a Sex & City episode, but also respectful of each other’s space. We are all genuine friends and not just housemates so would be ideally would be looking for the same.

There 4 spacious furnished double bedrooms ranging from £750-£880 we are looking to fill in the home so in total will be 6 housemates. 

🗓️ Availability & Contract:
• Ideally looking for someone taking over the contract starting from the 11th of September, but can be flexible with the dates.
• Our landlord is local and super responsive to any issues.
