Alternatively, 12 minutes walk to Catford Bridge and Crofton Park stations, or 20 min walk to Brockley station (zone 2). Bus routes are within 5 minutes walk, and from there the DLR at Lewisham is a 6 minute ride. Local shops, cafes, wine bars, restaurants, fringe theatres, cinema clubs are within a 10 minute walk.

The house is in a council tax band D.

The price is £850 per calendar month with bills included and a £700 deposit.

My lodger has to be strictly non-smoker.

I would rather have a female lodger since I am a woman of retirement age and would feel much more comfortable sharing my house with another woman..
