The landlady is a retired teacher and is often away for extended periods during the summer months, making the house particularly peaceful at those times.

LOCATION:
The house is approximately 10 minutes walk to Honor Oak Park station which is on the Overground - Windrush line (less than 10 minutes to Canada Water /Jubilee line, 20 min Elisabeth line) as well as National Rail services (10 minutes to London Bridge every 15 minutes). Alternatively, 12 minutes walk to Catford Bridge and Crofton Park stations, or 20 min walk to Brockley station (zone 2). Bus routes are within 5 minutes walk, and from there the DLR at Lewisham is a 6 minute ride. Local shops, cafes, wine bars, restaurants, fringe theatres, cinema clubs are within a 10 minute walk.

The house is in a council tax band D.

RENT & TERMS:
The price is £1200 per calendar month with bills included.
The house has wireless internet, also included in the rent.
Deposit is £1200.

Two references are required (from current employer and current /previous landlord).
Long- let preferred.

My lodger has to be strictly non-smoker.
