You’ll be sharing the space with Roger, a calm and considerate professional who’s been here for the past 4 years. The flat has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for someone who values a peaceful and tidy home.

- No shared living room – but the kitchen and balcony give a nice communal feel

- The apartment is located on the edge of Zone 1, near Elephant & Castle area.
- Camberwell/Burgess Park area
- Walking distance to buses and Kennington. Oval, Denmark Hill, and Elephant & Castle
- Great connections to Central London
- Local shops, parks, and cafes nearby. We even have a 24-hour off-license fruit&veg shop, Oli’s. You find everything there!!
TRANSPORT:
We have great transport links in this area which is one of the reasons I love it here so much. Travelling by bus is almost as good as taking the tube but at half the cost! Here is an extensive list of buses covering us within a 5minute walk:
Buses:
12, 35, 40, 42, 45, 68, 148, 171, 176, 345, 468, p5.
night buses N35, N171, 12, 148.
Naturally, a train journey is sometimes preferable. I use Kennington Station.
Tube:
Kennington station - 12 mins walk
Oval stations - 15 min walk
Elephant & Castle - 15min walk
Parks:
Burgess Park
Kennington Park
Lidl and Aldi are opening soon on Walworth Rd. Plenty of Amazon lock-ups and pick-up centres.
