I'm looking for someone (professional female, male or couple) to rent the biggest room in this lovely house from 11th of April.

THE ROOM:
Located on the first floor and comes fully furnished.
The house has 5 bedrooms, quite a large kitchen, although there's no living room, a large garden with a patio, an outdoor seating area and a shed for storage. There is one main bathroom upstairs which you will share with two other people and a downstairs toilet with a shower.

TRANSPORT LINK:
The house is 5 minutes walk from DENMARK HILL and LOUGHBOROUGH JUNCTION STATIONS, and has excellent bus routes to central London.

THE LOCAL AREA:
King's College Hospital is 10 minutes walk from the house. There's a Tesco's and a Co-op two minutes away and Camberwell has a host of shops and cafes.
