6 MONTH MINIMUM CONRACT
We are sadly saying goodbye to one of our housemates and are looking for someone to take their room.

The room is part furnished (with bed and drawers), has view of the garden from the window and gets good light in the afternoon.

Ideally we would like someone who would be up for having house dinners or drinks from time to time, bbqs in the summer etc, but we are also in and out of the house a lot so it wouldn't be all the time!
ABOUT US: You would be living with myself and my other housemates Silas and Harry. I work in software, Silas in landscaping, and Harry in energy.

DATES: 1st October 2022 onwards. Our contract renews every 6 months

HOUSE: 3-storey semi in a private mews. Large kitchen and dining area. Massive open plan living room on top floor. 2 balconies overlooking park. Garden.

HOUSEMATES: 3 lovely young (ish) professionals/creatives

LOCATION: Set within beautiful Burgess Park, walkable distance to Peckham/Camberwell/Bermondsey

TRANSPORT: Great bus connections (Citymapper/Google Maps times are fake news) - 10 min to Elephant & Castle
tube (Northern/Bakerloo), 15 min to Waterloo/London Bridge, 25 mins to the City, 30 min to Shoreditch


RENT: 640pcm

BILLS: £100(approximately)

SHOPS: Tesco Superstore, Lidl, Asda, Argos, B&Q
