Gorgeous, bright and airy room in South London

Hiya!

I'm looking to sublet this gorgeous, bright and airy attic room right by Loughborough Junction Station and in easy walking distance of both Brixton and Denmark Hill stations. Ruskin Park is on the doorstep. Beginning of June until the end of August/beginning of September. £940 p/m including bills. Can have some flexibility in dates.

You'd be living with my lovely pals Rae (they/them) and Hannah (she/her). We're all mid-late twenties.

We're in our own house with front door access. There's a little terraced garden out the back. The room itself is on its own floor at the top of the house with its own little entrance hall. We like galleries, theatre, nights in in front of the telly, heading out to pubs for quizzes etc, and the occassional night out.

The room would come fully furnished.
