PRICES:

The double room is £1075 pm + bills

BILLS: are split by 6 girls, averages to £60 each when heating isn’t used, a bit closer to £100 in the winter :))

Early move outs and contract terminations are okay with our landlord as long as you find your own substitute who is also a girl and a student 🙂

A recently renovated, modern, and spacious house which is just a 10 minute walk from Oval station.

The house is in close proximity to the lovely Kennington Park, and 2 Pure gyms, one in Oval and 1 in Camberwell. There is also a Co-op across the street. There are 3 floors, with a communal bathroom on the 2nd and 3rd floor, and a guest bathroom on the 1st floor.

Large kitchen with a shared table, washing machine with also is able to dry clothes, and a dish washer. Our living room has been made cozier than the photos 🙂

It has 2 sofas and leads out to a cute and spacious patio garden which a nice seating space which is perfect for enjoying in the summer.

Smoking is allowed only outside in the garden, which is easily accessible! The house is usually quiet as it is quite large and is relaxing to come back to after a long uni day.

We are currently 6 students, but as some girls are moving out, my house mates Sofia, Elea, and I , Valeria, are looking to find new girls to stay with us for another year as we enjoy the house that much! We all go to the University of Arts London (UAL) at different campuses. Update: we have one more space left!

Specifically, Chelsea, Camberwell, LCC, LSE, LCF campuses.
They are only a bus away up to 15-20 minutes each direction, (a bit less for camberwell but depends on the traffic) and the bus stops are a minutes walk away for both 🙂 LSE & LCF is also about 30-40 minutes away.

Travel is made easy as it’s a well connected area.

Viewings are available anytime and we must have contracts signed with a paid deposit by August 15th 2024.
