It's quiet and a very friendly place, hidden away from the main road. The open plan living space feels like you don't live in bustling city and its a stones throw from Peckham Rye Lane, which is famous for its bars, restaurants and shopping area. It's a peaceful place that comes with your own parking space and a chilled professional to live with. All bills are included as well as the maintenance done on the area (grass cutting/ bush trimming etc) by the general handyman of the area.
