Single room in spacious Camberwell flat

This bright single room is available from December!
It’s south facing and gets beautiful light in the mornings especially.
You’ll be living with me and my flatmate, but he works abroad 8 weeks in 10 so mostly it will just be 2 of us!
Price includes all bills unless utilities get too expensive in which case I’ll just ask you to pay for what you use
We have a spacious living/dining room and separate kitchen
Short/part time lets are preferred but not required
We are just 5 mins from Loughborough junction station, and 10 mins walk from King’s Hospital!
I work hybrid office/from home. On a weekday evening I’ll usually be at the gym then watching trashy tv in the living room, and on the weekends I like to browse the local charity shops and go out with my friends! If you wanted to join me for any or none of those activities that would be lovely too.

Between now and December the room will also get new, blackout curtains and a shelf running across the top of the door and that entire wall
