**I can be flexible about start date but CANNOT bring it forwards as the bathroom is getting redone from 01/04. **
This bright single room is available from 13 April!
It’s south facing and gets beautiful light in the mornings especially.
You’ll be living with me and my husband, but he works abroad so mostly it will just be 2 of us!
Price includes all bills (including Netflix and a fortnightly cleaner) unless utilities get too expensive in which case I’ll just ask you to pay for what you use
We have a spacious living/dining room and separate kitchen. The flat is on the first and second floors of the builidng.
Short/part time lets only
We are just 5 mins from Loughborough junction station, and 10 mins walk from King’s Hospital!
I work hybrid office/from home. On a weekday evening I’ll usually be at the gym then watching trashy tv in the living room, and on the weekends I like to browse the local charity shops and go out with my friends! If you wanted to join me for any or none of those activities that would be lovely too.
