•⁠ ⁠There are 3 floors, with a communal bathroom on the 2nd and 3rd floor, and a guest bathroom on the ground floor.

•⁠ ⁠Bills not included but range from £30-100 a month depending on usage, as well all bills are set up already, gas, electricity, water, and wifi.

As well, no Council Tax if you are a student.

•⁠ ⁠Large kitchen with a shared table, washing machine (which also can dry clothes) and a dish washer.

The house is currently 6 students, with 6 rooms in the house but I, and 2 of my current house mates are looking to find new girls to stay with our current housemates.

UAL Camberwell & Chelsea campuses are only a bus away up to 15-20 minutes each direction, LSE which is about 30-45 minutes by bus.

Travel is made easy as it’s a well connected area.
