This property is offering serviced accommodation. All bills are included, smart tv's provided in all rooms with free internet access. Housekeeping service included, every two weeks a cleaner will do a full house clean with fresh bedding and towels are provided. Toiletries, tea and coffee service also provided. All you have to bring is your belongings and food.

Prices:
Single rooms set price
Double rooms - Single occupancy is set price, additional person is an extra £15 per week
Twin room - Single occupancy/Couple occupancy Set Price, third person is an additional £15 per week.

Successful tenants will be clean and tidy, used to sharing with others, respectful of house rules and most importantly a fun and friendly person to live with. You will be subject to a quick affordability test and be able to demonstrate that you will pay the rent on time and consistently.

Short stays are welcome but there is a discounted price available for stays 6months+
