We’re 3 women looking for a 4th person to secure this place by Monday evening! Very short notice but this is an absolute gem!

About us:
We’re three professionals: Francesca 30 (works in a music studio and guitar shop) Liz 28 (works as a teacher), and Emilia 36 (
We’re all musicians but we’re very mindful about music in the house. Other hobbies are: cycling, up-cycling, cooking, 2nd hand thrifting, runningC museums, plants, painting and reading.

Francesca is a 30 y. o. Italian-Dutch, raised in Brussels, who’s been in the UK for a long while. She works as a musician and in other music jobs, loves general DIY, cooking, cycling, music, anything creative, and a good ol chat ha!

Liz is a 28 y. o. Norwegian who’s been in London for a few years. Working as a music teacher and musician. Apart from music, she loves coffee, running, reading, going to museums, vintage 2nd hand and all the things the city has to offer.

Emilia is a 36 y. o. German-swiss/Polish who’s also been in London for a while and works as a freelance musician.

Our general dynamic is that we’re pretty relaxed but also mindful, very tidy and clean, and pretty social! We occasionally eat together and have little dinners but we also do our own thing. Ideally we’d like to end up building friendships with the people we live with :).

Looking for someone who is friendly, clean, tidy and mindful, and wants to make it a proper home that feels lovely for everyone.

Women and LGBTQ+ preferred, but open to anyone who fits the above.

The rent is £600 pcm and the deposit is £793 (wouldn’t let me add that much).
