Hello! My housemates are leaving the nest, (the time has come to move in with partners), so I’m looking for new people to join what’s been a wonderful home for the past 5 years. It’s been more than just a house – it’s had a real friends/family feel – and I’d love to keep that energy going with the next chapter. It's vibrant in the summer and cosy in the winter. We're close to great pubs and restaurants in Camberwell, Brixton and elephant and castle.

The House
A large end-of-terrace spread over three floors with:

A modern, fully-equipped kitchen

A colourful, cosy living/dining space (perfect for shared dinners & movie nights)

Three bathrooms (one downstairs toilet, plus two with bath/showers – including a Jack & Jill on the top floor)

A huge, sunny garden – great for BBQs, summer hangs, and the occasional garden party

There's one parking space available which is a gated car park at the back of the house. If this is a requirement please let me know when you message.

The Rooms:

Two are currently painted but can be returned back to white on request before the housemates leave.

Room A – Spacious double with built-in wardrobes, loads of natural light, and leafy park views

Room B – Large top-floor double with Jack & Jill bathroom, great light, built-in storage & park views

Room C – Another large top-floor double, sharing the Jack & Jill bathroom with one other, garden views & built-in storage

About Me & The Vibe
I’m a 36-year-old Scottish female working freelance in Costume for TV/Film. My work schedule can be a bit irregular, but mostly weekdays. I’m social, easy-going, and enjoy a mix of pints, cocktails in the garden, love my gigs, festivals, theatre, dinner parties, fitness/gym, chilled cosy movie nights, cooking together, and the odd flat outing.

I’d love to find housemates who also want a homely, friendly shared community feel rather than just a place to sleep.

The Practical Bits:

Rent: £900 pcm (per room)

Bills: £200 (includes water, internet, energy, and a cleaner)

🚇 10 min walk to Oval (Northern Line) + 14mins to Kennington (Northern Line) + excellent bus links.
