Light spacious double room in Camberwell

I'm an architect retraining as a therapist, looking to share my flat with one other professional or mature student, mid-week for up to five nights a week, sharing the kitchen and bathroom.

Guests may stay in the room when it's not occupied, so there is space to store your things for those weekends if you wish.

All bills are included, including weekly cleaning, bedlinen and towels.

The kitchen is reasonably equipped (no dishwasher) but includes a washing machine and your own fridge.

I get up and go to bed early, so I'm looking for someone who's quite quiet, and keeps the flat clean and tidy.
Occasional guests by agreement
No locks on doors, pets or smoking please.

Denmark Hill Station (overground) about 15 -20 mins
Buses from Camberwell New Rd, Camberwell Green and Denmark Hill
Camberwell Green and shops 10 - 15 mins
