The flat is spacious and perfectly located near Kennington & Elephant and Castle. You can easily access, Peckham, Camberwell, London Bridge, Borough, The City, Leicester Square all within 20 or so minutes.
I have the flat kitted out pretty much already with kitchen equipment etc.
The room has a double bed and wardrobe.
The bills are cheap as the flat is electric only.
Im a DJ and present radio in my spare time and work a lot. I like Padel, cooking, traveling and im happy to chill or can keep myself to myself. It would be great to welcome someone with similar interested however it's not a deal breaker if not, someone tidy and respectful of space, would be great. Huge music lover and enjoy gigs, discovering new restaurants (I work in food) and like a stress free life!
