We’re looking for a female student to move into our beautiful house ASAP. Sadly, one of the girls has to leave, so we’re looking for someone to take over her tenancy until 7th August.
The house is a gorgeous Victorian townhouse located between Peckham and Camberwell, which is super convenient for anyone studying at Camberwell Uni.
The available bedroom is a large, unfurnished, front-facing room with traditional wooden floorboards and a huge window. It’s the second-largest room in the house and has plenty of space for a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, etc.
Rent is £850 per month, not including bills.
The house itself is very spacious and has 3 showers, 4 toilets, a beautiful garden (pictured in all her summer glory 🌿), a huge kitchen, perfect for baking, cooking together, or just hanging out, plus a big dining room and a cosy sitting room.
Everyone in the house is aged between 20-21 and we are all really great friends. There’s a shared love for art, painting, ceramics, the pub, cute tops, cooking, eating, being tidy, chilling on the sofa, and going out together.
It’s a girls’ house and an incredibly respectful, warm, and lovely place to live. The tenancy would be for 7 months, ending on 7th August.
