1 Double Room In Kennington

I am moving out of this lovely 4 bedroom flat to move in with my partner!

The property is as follows:
- 4 bedroom house, 3 storeys with ground as communal space
- 2 bathrooms (one each floor + additional toilet on ground)
- private garden/yard
- large large, king size bed (furnished)

There are currently 2 other flatmates living here while we try to fill another vacant room in the flat that is available now.

My room will become available from April.

The 2 other flatmates are both working professionals.

What we are looking for:
Someone nice clean and tidy who is respectful of those around them, cleans up after they make a mess, and just a genuine all round kind person
